Network and IT Services Pricing Guidline

In order for our company to continue to provide a good level of technical service while remaining viable, we are adjusting our pricing guidelines.

The pricing guidelines for the network and IT service contracts are calculated as follows.

🌐 Networks Management @ €50 monthly includes:

- 🔥 1 x Firewall/Router with monitoring
- 🔄 1 x Switch
- 📶 2 x WiFi Access Points

**Additional Network Devices:**
- 🔄 Additional Network Devices such as access switches @ €15 monthly each (Group of 4 APs count as 1 device)

💼 Office 365 Administration (includes cloud to cloud backup) with IT User Support @ €29.00 monthly / user includes:

- 🛠️ Remote Technical Support Helpdesk
- 💾 Data Backup and Recovery
- 📧 Email Management
- 📈 IT Consulting
(Applies for Microsoft Office 365 Standard and Basic users)

🛡️ Administration of Intune and Windows Defender for Business @ €7.50 monthly / user includes:

- 🖥️ Monitor Device Compliance: Ensure all devices adhere to security and operational policies.
- ⚠️ Security Alerts: Address security alerts for managed devices.
- 🔄 App Updates: Deploy necessary software and app updates.
- 📊 Performance Monitoring: Check device performance and address any issues.
- ⚙️ Policy Updates: Review and adjust device compliance and configuration profiles.

📞 Telephone System Administration @ €1 monthly / user
