If you are on this page it is because I am unable to perform my duties. We are aware of the reality of IT dependency on some key people. In this regard we have come up with the below procedure.
Email us for support
In the event that requests to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com are not being replied to due to events beyond my control (God forbid) you may contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org with the particular request and one of my business partners will respond within 7 days.
Your only responsibility will be to give them the pendrive with the credentials or the file within it.
Further more if you do not own your credentials you may request them at email@example.com and my emergency contacts can request access to my Bitwarden Vault (https://bitwarden.com/help/emergency-access/#use-emergency-access) where all the credentials and documentation are organized per customer.
